HRC 530 Series is a steel to concrete connection. Coupler is connected to steel member by bolts or welding. The welded version is designed to easily achieve full strength weld quality. The bolted version is available for different pitch and quality bolts(specify!). Since the rebar end of the connection is the same as for HRC 500 Series, installing the rebar is very simple.
